At Trendz Print, we take pride in delivering quality products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. We understand the importance of prompt delivery and we strive to make the shipping and delivery process as seamless as possible.

Shipping within UAE

We offer same-day delivery for edible printing services in Dubai and selected areas in Sharjah (notify us of the location and we will update you if it is covered by our courier partner, however, if it is not it falls under other emirates as mentioned). 

For other Emirates, we offer delivery within 2-3 working days, as for edible sheet supplies, they are shipped directly from the USA and may take 2-4 weeks to arrive, excluding shipping duration. 

For shipping, it may take a minimum of 7 working days to a maximum of 20 working days or more depending on the shipping carrier from the USA to your destination which can be anywhere in the World that accepts international courier companies.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost outside of the UAE is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product, as well as the destination address and customers will be notified of the shipping cost after placing the order.

Delivery Schedule

Our delivery schedule within UAE for edible printing services is from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, and orders received after 7:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

Delivery timings are subject to the courier service and are estimated between 9 AM to 7 PM, otherwise, please contact the shared courier person contact that is assigned to you.

Delivery Process

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of our products. 

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to track the status of their delivery. In the event that delivery is unsuccessful, customers will be contacted by the courier service to arrange for re-delivery or pick-up at their convenience.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery address information. Trendz Print is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery address information provided by customers.

Damaged or Lost Products

In the rare event that a product is damaged or lost during transit, customers should immediately contact us at [email protected] or +971 56 780 5819 to report the issue. 

We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and ensure that the customer receives a replacement product or a refund.
